Terran Time

Terran time refers to any measure of time in units found on Terra in the Sol System.

It is an unofficial standard of timekeeping and may be conveyed as T-hours, T-days, or T-years.

Understandably, it is used within the Terran Sphere almost exclusively.

Of note is that Terran Time is almost exclusively used in interplanetary or interstellar timekeeping, most worlds and major stations have their own timekeeping based on local seasons, day-night cycles, natural sleeping cycles of the local population, etc. Many ships and smaller outposts employ timekeeping pegged to that of the capital of the nation they belong to.
