Vaishi I Sivan

Vaishi Sivan is the longest ruling Emperor in the history of the Etresi Imperium, however his long rule was marred by decades of religious conflict and warfare that would become known as the New Enlightenment Crusades. While establishing himself as a powerful figure and restored many of the Imperial powers which had been lost during the Council Emperors he ruled over a fragmented Empire, and was forced to attempt to organize the Council Lords and wealthy magnates into some sense of order thus creating the Imperial nobility and officially sanctioning the formation of semi-autonomous states within the Empire which would become the Exarchates and Vestarchies.
